关于上海市餐饮用油水分离器标准的研究

Study on standard of grease-water separator for catering in Shanghai

餐饮用油水分离器相关产品标准较多,其产品要求并不适用于餐饮和地方的参数要求和使用现状,且缺少关键性指标测试方法。本文讨论研究一种适合上海油水分离器产品使用的标准和测试方法。

there are many product standards of grease-water separator for catering,but it is found that the product requirements are not suitable for the current parameter requirements and application status of catering and local places,and there is a lack of key index test method.A standard and test method suitable for the application of grease-water separator products in Shanghai are discussed in this paper.
