摘要
目的分析我省W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseria meningitides,Nm)分离株的多位点序列分型,了解菌株之间遗传进化关系,为防控流脑提供分子依据。方法通过PCR扩增流脑多位点序列分型(Multilocus Sequence Typing,MLST)的7个管家基因(abcZ、adk、aroE、fumC、gdh、pdhC、pgm),测序分析比对获得序列型(Sequence Type,ST)。结果3株W135群菌株中有2株为ST-11和1株ST-4821,不同型别共存的现象。结论福建省分离的3株W135群Nm存在ST-11和1株ST-4821,应引起对W135流脑的防控重视。
Objective The multi-locus sequence typing of neisseria meningitidis isolates from W135 group in our province was analyzed to understand the genetic and evolutionary relationship between the isolates and provide molecular basis for the prevention and control of meningitis.Methods The seven housekeeping genes(abcZ,adk,aroE,fumC,GDH,pdhC,PGM)were amplified by PCR,and the Multilocus Sequence Typing(MLST)was obtained by sequencing analysis.Results Among the 3 strains of W135 group,2 strains were ST-11 and 1 strainST-4821,which showed the coexistence of different types.Conclusion The ST-11 and ST-4821 existed in 3 strains of W135 group Nm isolated from fujian province,which should be paid attention to the prevention and control of W135 encephalitis.
