一种面向需求响应业务的电力通信网资源优化配置策略 被引量:12

摘要 电力通信网未来接入终端的业务数和汇聚信息量正呈现爆发式增长。需求响应类业务与传统终端接入业务有所不同。其业务短时接入量巨大、业务并发比例波动严重并占用带宽资源冗余,该特征造成接入层与汇聚层的网络设备短时负载严重。在一定程度上,需求响应类业务影响了电力通信网的正常运行。为此后续需求响应类业务建设对现电力通信网资源的规划及管道配置提出了更高的要求。该文在分析现国网信通产业集团新发布的"十三五"规划文件基础上,总结已有入网的需求响应类通信业务特征,提出一种能实现其路由与保护通信资源优化配置策略。该策略利用业务动态服务质量(quality of service,QoS)调节和带宽资源动态释放占用的思想,规划新接入的需求响应业务工作及其备份保护路由。在保证需求响应业务信息传输质量的情况下,最大化复用空闲带宽资源。仿真实验结果表明,所提的配置策略能在一定程度上提高带宽资源利用率,降低网络带宽冗余,实现更多数量的需求响应类业务接入。 The number of new services and the amount of converged information are exploding in electric power communication network(EPCN). As one of the new types of services, demand response communication services show differences from other traditional services. The short-term load of the demand response services is huge, the concurrency ratio is fluctuating, and the bandwidth resource is redundant. Those features cause the communication network to be suddenly serious. This kind of service affects the normal operation of the EPCN. For this reason, the future work of management in demand response service puts forward higher requirements on the planning and the configuration of the current communication network. Based on the analysis of the newly issued 13 th Five-Year Plan Document of the State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group Co., Ltd., the features of demand response communication services was summarized, and optimized strategy for demand response services was proposed. This strategy can make full use of the routing and protection communication resources. The strategy utilizes the idea of dynamic QoS adjustment and dynamic release of bandwidth resources to the work and backup routes services. It can maximize the use of bandwidth resources while maintaining the quality of information transmission. The simulation results show that the proposed configuration strategy can improve the utilization of bandwidth resources to a certain extent, reduce network redundancy, and achieve a greater number of demand response services to access.
