摘要
文中研究了分布式光伏与电动汽车接入某市配电网的负荷特性与对策。建立了分布式光伏的出力模型与电动汽车的负荷模型。结合目标年某市配电网的预测数据,分析了分布式光伏与电动汽车同时接入对某市配电网整体及各典型区域负荷特性的影响,结果表明造成某市目标年夏、冬两季日负荷峰谷差的主要原因是06:00~10:00时段商业区与居民区分布式光伏无法完全被消纳、夜晚居民区电动汽车负荷与配电网负荷的“峰上加峰”。基于以上分析,提出用结合分时电价政策的V2G控制策略来应对分布式光伏和电动汽车接入带来的负面影响。
This paper studies the load characteristics and countermeasures of distributed photovoltaic(PV)and electric vehicle connected to the distribution network of a city.Firstly,the output model of distributed PV and the load model of electric vehicle are established.Then,combining with the target in Bengbu forecast data of the distribution network,distributed PV and electric vehicles were analyzed at the same time,access to Bengbu overall load characteristic and the typical area.The results show that the main reason for the peak-valley difference of the daily load in summer and winter in the target year of a city is that the distributed PV cannot be completely absorbed in commercial and residential areas during 06:00~10:00,and the load of electric vehicle and distribution network load in residential areas is adding peak to peak at night.Based on the above analysis,V2G control strategy combined with time-sharing electricity price policy is proposed to deal with the negative impact brought by distributed PV and electric vehicle access.
