依托“一带一路”税收分析 促进税收服务“一带一路”建设

On the Function of Tax Analysis in Serving the Construction of the Belt and Road

本文基于税收分析的定义,提出了"一带一路"税收分析的概念及内容,并针对当前"一带一路"税收分析工作的现状和困境,从工作主题及要求、分析视角、分析沟通机制、数据管理、分析方法、人才队伍建设等方面提出建议,以期使税收分析工作更好地助力"一带一路"建设。

Based on the definition of tax analysis,the paper puts forward the concept and content of tax analysis of the Belt and Road.Then in the light of the present situation and difficulties,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions on how to utilize tax analysis better serving the Belt and Road construction from the following aspects:task subject and requirements,analysis perspective,analysis and communication mechanism,data management,analysis methods and talent team building.
