摘要
以曳引驱动电梯为对象,基于能量建模理论,分析了各环节的能量耗散关系,提出了以空载下行运行效率表征电梯运行能效的方法,并通过对62台电梯的实测样本数据,采用高斯分布法则进行效率分级评定,建立了分级评判等级,为电梯运行能效评价特别是老旧电梯综合评估提供参考。
Energy modeling theory is proposed for analyzing the energy dissipation relationship of each parts in traction driven elevator.A efficient detection method with no-load is proposed for evaluating elevator efficiency.Besides,62 elevators are tested for formulating grade judgment criterion through gauss distribution method in this paper.A reference for the efficiency evaluation is provided,especially for the old elevators.
