摘要
根据ASMEⅡA篇的规定和实际工程应用,SA350 LF2和SA765 Gr.2锻件材料均可以用于制造的换热器管板,通过比较两种材料在适用范围、化学成分、热处理状态、力学性能试验要求等方面的差异,指出SA350 LF2适用于工作压力不高的中小型换热器管板材料,而SA765 Gr.2多用于工作压力较高、环境苛刻的大中型换热器管板材料。
According to ASME Ⅱ part A and practical engineering application, SA350 LF2 and SA765 Gr.2 forging materials can be used to manufacture tube sheet of heat exchanger. By comparing the differences between the two materials in application scope, chemical composition, heat treatment state, mechanical property test requirements, etc., it was pointed out that SA350 LF2 is suitable for tube sheet of medium and small sized heat exchanger with low working pressure, while SA765 Gr.2 is mainly used in large and medium-sized heat exchanger tube sheet materials with high working pressure and harsh environment.
