摘要
介绍了轻汽油醚化反应、反应原理及丹东明珠特种树脂有限公司生产的D005-ⅡS轻汽油醚化专用树脂催化剂的优点,并分析了轻汽油醚化树脂催化剂失活原因,提出了相应对策。根据失活原理,优化了D005-ⅡS树脂催化剂的生产工艺,提高D005-ⅡS树脂催化剂在轻汽油醚化装置的使用寿命,技术性能优于国内外同类产品。
The light gasoline etherification reaction and reaction principle were introduced,as well as advantages of D005-Ⅱ_S resin catalyst developed by Dandong Special Resin Co.,Ltd. And deactivation causes of the light gasoline etherification resin catalyst were analyzed, and countermeasures were put forward. According to the principle of the deactivation, D005-Ⅱ_S resin catalyst production process was optimized to improve the service life of D005-Ⅱ_S resin catalyst in light gasoline etherification device, the technical performance of produced D005-Ⅱ_S resin catalyst was better than similar products at home and abroad.
