摘要
研究大连凯特利催化工程技术有限公司整体式催化剂对中石化催化剂长岭分公司模板剂焙烧的尾气处理能力。结果表明,通过调整反应温度至340℃,流量62~72 m3·h-1,出口尾气中非甲烷总烃含量低于120 mg·m-3,符合排放标准[1]。
The tail gas treatment performance of monolithic catalyst developed by Dalian Kaiteli Catalytic Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. used in the template roasting of Sinopec Changling Catalyst Company was studied. The results showed that, by adjusting the reaction temperature to 340 ℃, the flow rate 62~72 m3·h-1, the non-methane total hydrocarbon content in the exhaust gas was lower than 120 mg· m-3, and compliance with emission standards[1].
