摘要
通过盐酸对高纯磷酸盐的处理后,利用等离子体发射光谱法对其中Co﹑Cr﹑Mn﹑Ni﹑Ti微量金属杂质进行了检测,方法回收率为82.4%~117.6%,相对标准偏差为0.12%~4.06%,该方法操作简单,可准确测定高纯磷酸盐中金属杂质,在实际生产中能满足生产分析需求。
The trace metal impurities of Co, Cr, Mn, Ni and Ti in high purity phosphate were detected by ICP-OES after the treatment with hydrochloric acid. The results showed that the recovery of the method was 82.4% ~117.6%, relative standard deviation was 0.12% ~ 4.06%. This method is simple, accurate for determination of metal impurities in high purity phosphate, can satisfy the analysis requirement in the actual production.
