冬凌草有效成分的提取方法及含量测定方法研究进展

Research Progress of Extraction Method and Assay Method of Effective Components From Rabdosia Rubescens(Hemsl.) Hara

冬凌草是一种具有多种生物活性的药材,常用的提取方法有溶剂浸提法,水蒸气蒸馏法,超临界CO2萃取法。目前,人们采用紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法等技术,对冬凌草甲素、冬凌草乙素、迷迭香酸、熊果酸、齐墩果酸和猫眼草黄素等有效成分的含量进行测定。对近年来冬凌草的提取方法及有效成分的含量测定进行了综述和研究,为更好地开发和利用冬凌草提供理论依据。

Rabdosia rubescens(Hemsl.) Hara is a Chinese herbal medicine with wide biological activities. Its extraction methods include alcohol extraction method, ultrasound extraction method, steam distillation, supercritical CO2 extraction. So far, new technologies(such as UV spectrophotometry, high-performance liquid chromatography and so on) are always used to determine effective constituents including oridonin, ponicidin, rosmarinic acid, olesnolic, ursolic acid. In this paper,the extraction methods and assay methods of effective components from Rabdosia rubescens(Hemsl.) Hara in recent years were introduced, in order to provide theoretical foundation for better development and use of the plant.
