摘要 建立紫外荧光测定汽柴油中硫含量的方法,采用硫含量标准溶液建立硫含量标准曲线,研究该方法的准确度和精密度和该方法与其他方法的对比。结果表明,硫质量浓度在0.5~20 mg·L-1范围内,硫质量浓度线性方程分别为y=161.9x-6.147,相关系数R2为1.000,以标样质量浓度为10 mg·L-1平行进样6次,进行精密度的考察,该精密度为2.72%。与其他检测方法比较,该方法操作简单,检测时间短,容易推广。 The method for determination of sulfur content in gasoline and diesel by UV fluorescence was established. Standard curve of sulfur content was established by using standard solution of sulfur content.The accuracy and precision of this method were studied and compared with other methods.The results showed that the sulfur content ranged from 0.5~20 mg·L-1, and the linear equation of sulfur content was y =161.9 x-6.147, the correlation coefficient R2 was 1.000.Using the standard sample with mass concentration of 10 mg·L-1,the precision was investigated for 6 times. The precision was 2.72%.Compared with other detection methods, this method is simple in operation, short in detection time and easy to popularize.
