西部地区立体化社会治安防控下的情报机制

社会治安防控体系是国家和政府面对人民的安全需求而提供的一种社会保障,同时也是国家和政府自身合理性的一种表现。随着工业化和信息化的深入,各种非传统安全因素不断涌现,给我国西部地区的社会治安防控体系和情报工作带来了很大的冲击和威胁。面对这些挑战,我们应当正视西部地区目前社会治安防控工作中情报体系的现状和不足,树立情报主导防控的理念,结合西部地区社会治安防控工作的实际需求和现有能力,通过提升和完善治安情报的搜集和分析、处理水平和机制,优化治安情报的决策转化效率等方式来提高西部地区立体化社会治安防控工作中情报体系的运行水平。

The public security prevention and control system is a social protection provided by the state and the government under the requirements of the people’s security needs.It is also a manifestation of the rationality of the state and the government itself.While deepening industrialization and informatization,a variety of non-traditional security factors keep emerging,which brings great impact and threat to the social security prevention and control system and intelligence work in western China.With these challenges,we should face up to the current situation of social public security prevention and control in the information system and the insufficiency in western regions,set up the idea that intelligence leading control,combine with the actual needs of the public security prevention and control in western regions of and the existing ability,and through accessioning public security intelligence collection and analysis,the processing level and the mechanism optimize the decision-making efficiency of public security intelligence way to improve the western region run of the system of social public security prevention and control of the intelligence at the three-dimensional level.
