摘要
山西国有煤炭企业能否成功培育发展新动能、能否成功转型升级,直接影响整个山西的高质量发展进程。通过对山西国有煤炭企业转型发展现状分析,思考制约山西国有煤炭企业高质量转型发展新动能培育的因素,针对性提出助力山西国有煤炭企业高质量转型发展的建议:其一,加强政策法规培训,以讲政治、顾大局的高度,指导企业做好企业转型发展顶层设计,精准对接国家、省、行业最新政策;其二,追踪科技前沿,立足企业自身实际,对表对标,科学合理延伸产业链;其三,多元融合发展,与高校及科研机构加强合作,促进要素升级。
Whether the state-owned coal enterprises in Shanxi can successfully cultivate and develop new kine-tic energy,and whether they can be successfully transformed and upgraded will directly affect the high-quality development process of the entire Shanxi.By analyzing the current status of the transformation and development of state-owned coal enterprises in Shanxi,and considering the factors that restrict the cultivation of new kinetic energy for the high-quality transformation and development of state-owned coal enterprises in Shanxi,it is proposed to strengthen the training of policies and regulations for state-owned coal enterprises,to guide enterprises to make top-level design for transformation and development of enterprises at the height of stressing politics and considering the overall situation,to accurately connect with the latest policies of the country,province and industry;to keep a close eye on the frontiers of science and technology,to base on the actual situation of the enterprise,to benchmark the table,to scientifically and reasonably extend the industrial chain;diversified integration development,to strengthen cooperation with universities and scientific research institutions,to promote the upgrading of factors and other suggestions,so as to help the high-quality transformation and development of state-owned coal enterprises in Shanxi.
