论新型职业农民精准培育的困境与应对

The Difficulties and Countermeasures of Accurate Cultivation of New Professional Farmers

运用问卷调查和统计分析法,以山东省菏泽市新型职业农民为样本,从调查对象基本情况、从事的生产类型、最想了解的技术知识、参与培育的意愿和目的、喜欢的培育方式、满意程度等几个维度,了解新型职业农民精准培育的现实状况。新型职业农民精准培育在政策扶持、储备性培育、资金投入、培育模式、师资队伍、评价导向等方面存在一定的问题和不足。站在新时代,展望未来,新型职业农民精准培育必须加强顶层设计,完善政府制度供给;培育对象精准,分类分层开展;培育内容精准,切实做好衔接工作;培育方式精准,力争实现多元并举;完善农业社会化服务支持,厚实农业经济组织支撑。

Using the methods of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,taking the new of professional farmers in Heze,Shandong Province as the sample,from several dimensions,such as the basic situation of the survey object,the types of production they are engaged in,the technical knowledge they most want to know,the willing-ness and purpose of participating in the cultivation,the cultivation method they like,the degree of satisfaction,etc.This paper tries to understand the current situation of precise cultivation of new professional farmers.There are some problems and deficiencies in the aspects of policy support,reserve cultivation,capital investment,cultivation mode,teaching staff,evaluation orientation and so on.Standing in the new era and looking forward to the future,the precise cultivation of new professional farmers must do the following:the top-level design should be streng-thened,and the supply of government system should be improved;cultivation objects should be accurate,and the work should be carried out in different levels and classification;cultivation content should be accurate,and the connection work should be effectively done;cultivation methods should be accurate,and diversified development should be strived to achieve;and agricultural socialization service support should be improved and the support of agricultural economic organizations should be strengthened.
