创新生态下高职质量年报编制的再思考

Rethinking on the Compilation of Higher Vocational Colleges Annual Quality Report System from the Perspective of Innovation Ecology

高职质量年报发布制度运行九载,其在助推职业教育规范化、高质量发展,建立现代高职人才培养质量保障体系方面发挥了积极作用。但随着“示范校建设”“诊断与改进”等诸多职教重点项目逐步推进,高职质量年报日渐式微。文章旨在借助山西大力构建创新生态的利好态势,推动山西各高等职业院校创新性地开展质量年报编制发布工作,最终发挥其应有的监测评价作用,反向促进高职院校人才培养质量上水平、上台阶。

Higher Vocational Colleges Annual Quality Report System,as an effective monitoring tool targeting personnel training quality,has played a positive role in promoting the standardization and high-quality development of vocational education and establishing a quality assurance system for modern higher vocational personnel training after nine years of practice.However,with the gradual advancement of many key projects on vocational education such as"Demonstration school construction","diagnosis and improvement",the system gradually loses its edge.This paper aims to take advantage of the positive situation of vigorously constructing an innovation ecology in Shanxi,promote higher vocational colleges in Shanxi to creatively carry out the compilation and release of annual quality reports,and finally play its due role in monitoring and evaluation,so as to promote the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges to a higher level in reverse.
