Analysis on the Characteristics of Railway Construction Risk and Study on the Characteristics of Engineering Risk Occurrence and Compensation

我国目前正处于铁路大发展时期,由于铁路施工建设周期长、投资额大、施工环境较差、涉及因素多,因此面临诸多风险,通过保险的方式将风险进行转移是现在的大趋势。文章立足铁路自保公司特殊的行业定位,利用现有数据对铁路施工常见风险进行归纳汇总,并研究分析其区域性、季节性、节点性出险特征,结合案件赔付特征,对保险公司开展铁路施工工程保险业务提供建设性意见。

At present,China is in the great era of railway development.Due to long construction period,large investment,poor construction environ-ment and many factors involved,railway construction faces many risks and therefore it is the general trend to transfer the risks through insurance.Based on the special position of the China Railway Captive Insurance Company in this industry,this paper summarizes the common risks in railway construction using the existing data and analyzes the characteristics of regional,seasonal and nodal risk occurrences.Combining with the characteris-tics of compensation cases,this paper also provides constructive suggestions for the insurance company in carrying out the insurance business of rail-way construction projects.
