摘要
儿童自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)是一种发育障碍性疾病。辅助生殖儿童ASD与遗传、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、体外受精(IVF)、卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)、早产、低出生体重和母亲分娩年龄等因素有关。基因-基因、基因-环境的交互作用模式共同参与了辅助生殖儿童ASD的发病机制。各种遗传和环境因素的交互作用可导致特定的脑结构或脑功能损伤、神经递质信号通道调节紊乱,其与辅助生殖儿童ASD存在关联。该文主要采用文献查阅、专家讨论等方法,分析基因与环境因素交互作用影响辅助生殖儿童ASD的参数模型。
Childhood autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a developmental disorder.ASD in assisted reproductive children is associated with genetics,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),in vitro fertilization(IVF),intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI),preterm birth,low birth weight,and maternal age at delivery.Gene-gene and gene-environment interaction patterns are involved in the pathogenesis of ASD in children with assisted reproduction.The interaction of various genetic and environmental factors can lead to specific brain structure or brain function damage and neurotransmitter signal channel regulation disorder,which is associated with ASD in children with assisted reproduction.This study analyzed the parameter model of the gene and environment factors influencing ASD children with assisted reproduction technology by literature review and expert discussion.
