摘要
目的探讨桑夏苓术汤对卒中相关性肺炎患者氧化应激、肺功能的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年6月诊治的卒中相关性肺炎患者124例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组联用桑夏苓术汤治疗,治疗前后行氧化应激、动脉血气、肺功能检测,比较2组患者症状改善时间和治疗效果。结果2组治疗后超氧化物歧化酶、还原型谷胱甘肽、动脉血氧、血氧饱和度、1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)高于治疗前(P<0.05),2组治疗后丙二醛、动脉血二氧化碳低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组超氧化物歧化酶、还原型谷胱甘肽、动脉血氧、血氧饱和度、FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、MVV高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组丙二醛、动脉血二氧化碳低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽消失时间、发热消失时间、肺湿啰音消失时间、X线阴影消失时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桑夏苓术汤可调节卒中相关性肺炎患者的氧化应激状况,并改善肺功能,加速患者康复。
Objective To investigate the effects of Sangxialingzhu decoction on oxidative stress and pulmonary function in patients with stroke associated pneumonia.Methods A total of 124 patients with stroke associated pneumonia who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 62 patients in each group.The patients in control group received routine treatment,however,thepatients in observation group,on thebasis of control group,were treated by Sangxialingzhu decoction.The oxidative stress,arterial blood gas,pulmonary function were measured before and after treatment.And the improvement time of clinical symptoms and curative effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of superoxide dismutase,reduced glutathione,arterial oxygen,oxygen saturation,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,MVV in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment the levels of malondialdehyde and arterial carbon dioxide in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the cough disappearance time,fever disappearance time,lung dampness rale disappearance time,X-ray shadow disappearance time,hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sangxialingzhu decoction can regulate the oxidative stress status in patients with stroke associated pneumonia,which can improve the pulmonary function and accelerate the recovery of patients.
