水对沥青混合料APA车辙的影响研究

摘要 采用2种沥青和3种级配,通过旋转压实制备了6种类型的沥青混合料试件,分别在干燥和浸水条件下进行了APA车辙试验,分析了温度和水对APA车辙深度的影响。研究结果表明:温度对车辙的发展影响非常大。水浴条件下的APA车辙试验过程中,集料与沥青黏附性的下降也导致沥青混合料结构稳定性的降低,较干燥条件下的APA车辙试验产生了更大的车辙。对比不同碾压次数车辙比,可以看出随着碾压次数的增加,干湿状态对应的车辙比增大,水的影响逐渐减小。 Six types of asphalt mixture specimens were prepared by rotating compaction with two kinds of asphalt and three kinds of gradations.The APA rutting test was conducted under dying and soaking conditions respectively to analyze the effect of the temperature and water on the depth of APA rutting.Research results showed that the temperature had a great effect on the development of the rutting.During the process of the APA rutting test under the soaking condition,the structure stability of the asphalt mixture decreased with the decrease of the adhesion of the aggregate and asphalt.The rutting caused by the APA rutting test under the drying condition was bigger.By comparing the rutting ratios of different rolling times,it can be seen that with the increase of rolling times,the rutting ratios corresponding to dry and wet conditions increased,and the effect of water gradually decreased.
