兔急性骨骼肌损伤模型的建立及分期确定

Establishment of rabbit model of acute skeletal muscle injury and staging

目的:通过观察实验兔日常行为学及骨骼肌损伤形态学的改变,探讨一种急性骨骼肌损伤模型建立的方法。方法:选取重物打击的造模方法建立兔急性骨骼肌损伤模型,观察造模后实验兔日常行为学及骨骼肌损伤形态学的改变。结果:造模后第1天可见肌纤维肿胀及部分断裂,出血及炎症反应发生,精神状态及活动量下降;第3天炎症反应升级,纤维素样物产生及空泡样改变,精神状态好转;第5天细胞间隙减小,炎症细胞开始减少,成纤维细胞出现,精神状态等已恢复如常;第7天肌纤维及瘢痕组织形成。结论:造模后实验兔日常行为学及骨骼肌形态改变均符合骨骼肌急性损伤分期表现,该造模方法具有可推广性。

Objective:To explore a method of establishing an acute skeletal muscle injury model and determining the injury stage by observing the daily behaviors and morphological changes of skeletal muscle injury in experimental rabbits.Methods:A rabbit model of acute skeletal muscle injury was established by weight strike,and daily behaviors and morphological changes of skeletal muscle injury in experimental rabbits were observed after modeling.Results:On the first day after modeling,swollen muscle fibers were found,partially fractured;bleeding and inflammatory responses were observed;and the mental state and physical activity decreased.On the third day,inflammatory response escalated,cellulose and vacuoles changes were seen,but the mental state was getting up;On the 5th day,the Intercellular space and the inflammatory cells decreased,the fibroblasts generated,and the mental state and other conditions had recovered as usual;on the 7th day,muscle fibers and scar tissue were found.Conclusion:The daily behaviors and morphological changes of skeletal muscle of experimental rabbits after modeling were consistent with the acute injury of skeletal muscle and the corresponding staging,thus this experimental skeletal muscle acute injury modeling method could be widely applied.
