新时代教育改造是"五大改造"的重要内容之一,是我国刑罚执行机关依据国家的法律法规对服刑罪犯所开展的包括政治思想改造、心理矫治、文化技术教育、社会回归等项内容,以达到使罪犯思想转化、心灵净化、素养提升、社会融入等目标的系列教育矫正活动。应通过明晰目标定位、建构体制机制、精选教学内容、优化方法手段、严格考核评估、架构改造合力等措施来实现。

The education reform of the new era is one of the important contents of "the Five Reform New Patterns".Education reform in the new times is a series of education activities that the penalty enforcement authorities serve the criminal’s treatments including political thought transformation,the psychological education,culture,technology,social return and so on,according to the national laws and regulations,so as to achieve the correction target of the transformation of the criminal mind,soul purification,higher quality,social integration and so on.It should be realized by clarifying the target orientation,constructing the system and mechanism,selecting the teaching content,optimizing the methods and means,strictly examining and evaluating the structure and reforming the resultant force,etc.
