不同手术方式对原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者视力恢复及眼压的影响

Effects of different surgical methods on visual acuity recovery and intraocular pressure in patients with primary angleclosure glaucoma complicated with cataract

目的研究不同手术方式对原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者视力恢复及眼压的影响。方法选择2017年11月至2018年12月本院收治的原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者82例,根据随机数表法分为两组,各41例。两组患者均给予术前抗炎、调节眼压等常规治疗,对照组采用小梁切除术治疗,观察组采用小梁切除术联合白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术。对比分析两组患者的视力和眼压情况。结果术后观察组视力值明显高于对照组,眼压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者采用小梁切除术联合白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入手术治疗效果较好,可有效提升患者视功能,降低眼压。

Objetive To study the effects of different surgical methods on visual acuity recovery and intraocular pressure in patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods Eighty-two patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma and cataract who were admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 41 cases each. Both groups were treated with preoperative antiinflammatory and intraocular pressure adjustment eyedrops. The control group was treated with trabeculectomy. The observation group was treated with trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The visual acuity and intraocular pressure of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results After operation, the visual acuity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the intraocular pressure was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma with cataract with trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation is effective, which can improve the visual function and reduce intraocular pressure.
