肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞在肿瘤免疫中的作用研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 免疫治疗现已成为继手术、放射性及化学药物治疗之外最具应用前景的肿瘤治疗方法,在临床应用中取得了不错的效果,尤其是在乳腺癌、黑色素瘤、肺癌等癌症的治疗中能明显延长癌症患者的生命时间,改善生活质量[1-3]。在人类实体瘤的发展中,免疫细胞有多种存在形式,从浸润到明显炎症,而淋巴细胞通常是免疫浸润部位的最大组分,因此被称为"肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞(TILs)"。
