摘要
本文开发了废旧往复式高速内燃机的活塞从拆检、清理、分检、到表面处理的再制造全工艺流程,采用小苏打粉喷砂清理活塞积碳,最大限度地降低了对活塞表面质量及尺寸参数的影响,通过该流程使活塞恢复了原新品性能。
In this paper,the whole remanufacturing process of waste reciprocating high-speed internal combustion engine piston was developed from disassembly inspection,cleaning,inspection to surface treatment.Baking soda blasting was used to clean the piston carbon deposit.This cleaning method minimized the impact on the piston surface quality and dimension parameter.Through this process,the original performance of the piston was restored.
