摘要 针对低速机喷油器试验台设计了一套基于LabView和PLC的测控系统。该系统涉及基于NI OPC Servers的Siemens TCP/IP Ethernet通讯方式和基于485总线的Modbus-RTU通讯方式。该测控系统主要分为上位机和下位机,均采用模块化方式进行编程,给出部分模块的程序框图。上位机界面进行多屏设计,人机交互良好。利用该测控系统进行了喷油器的性能试验,结果表明,该测控系统能够很好的对试验台进行控制和数据采集,达到了测控系统需求。 A measurement and control system which based on LabView and PLC is designed for the low-speed machine injector test bench.The system involves communication of Siemens TCP/IP Ethernet which based on NI OPC Servers and communication of Modbus-RTU which based on 485 bus.The measurement and control system is mainly divided into upper computer and lower computer,which are programmed in a modular way,and the block diagram of some modules is given.The upper computer interface carries on the multiscreen design,the interaction between man and machine is perfect.The performance test of the injector is carried out by using the measurement and control system,and the result shows that the measurement and control system can control and collect data on the test bench very well,and meet the requirements of the measurement and control system.
