摘要
柴油机压气机出口的气水分离净化装置承担着为下游气缸提供洁净干燥空气的任务。为得到较高的除水效率,首先对常用除水方法进行分析,然后运用TRIZ发明原理,对新型气水分离净化装置结构创新设计,最后采用CFX对装置内部不同流道参数与壳体压损和分离效果的变化规律进行仿真研究,并得到相关经验结论,该设计方法为类似产品的优化创新也具有一定指导意义。
Air-water separator at the compressor outlet of diesel engine is responsible for providing dry and clean air for downstream cylinders.In order to get high water removal efficiency,the common methods of gas-water separation are analyzed firstly,and then the structure of the new type gas-water separation device is innovatively designed by TRIZ.At last the CFX is used to simulate the variation of runner parameters with pressure loss and separation effect,obtain relevant experience conclusion.This analysis method has certain guiding significance for other product design and analysis.
