摘要
液压马达的扭矩及转速是液压系统执行机构的主要参数,在液压系统选型及计算过程中需要对这两个参数进行设计计算。根据液压系统的压力表及转速表测定马达工作压力及实际转速后,再根据液压泵的参数计算系统流量,最后将这3个参数与液压马达的技术参数进行数据拟合,得出相应的系统压力下的扭矩并推算不同型号的液压马达的转速,帮助液压系统马达选型。
The torque and speed of the hydraulic motor are the main parameters of the hydraulic system actuator which need be designed and calculated In the process of selection and calculation of the hydraulic system.The hydraulic working pressure and the actual speed can be got by the hydraulic system pressure gauge and tachometer,and combined the calculation of hydraulic pump system flow parameter,finally the fitting three parameters to simulate t hydraulic motor,torque under the defined pressure of the system.In this way to calculate different models of hydraulic motor speed and torque to assist hydraulic system motor type selection.
