摘要
通过建立行星齿轮减速器的有限元模型,对减速器进行了静力学分析和模态分析。结果表明:齿轮箱的最大应力为317.55 MPa,位于齿轮箱的底部。最小应力为740.56 Pa,位于齿轮箱的顶部,齿轮箱的最大变形为4.65e^-5 m,位于齿轮箱的顶部主轴,随着阶数的增大,变形越来越大,但是其数值变化不大(0.5806 mm,几乎忽略不计),因此该减速器符合强度要求。
In this paper,the finite element model of planetary gear reducer is established,and the static analysis and modal analysis of the reducer are carried out.The results show that:the maximum stress of the gearbox is 317.55 MPa,which is located at the bottom of the gearbox.The minimum stress is 740.56 Pa,which is located at the top of the gearbox.The maximum deformation of the gearbox is 4.65e-5 m,which is located at the top main shaft of the gearbox.With the increase of the order,the deformation becomes larger and larger,but the value changes little(0.5806<5 mm,almost ignored),so the reducer meets the strength requirements.
