7例滥用“卡哇”饮料患者临床分析

摘要 目的:分析"卡哇"饮料滥用者临床症状、戒断表现,及治疗反应。方法:收集7例滥用"卡哇"饮料患者临床病历资料,分析滥用者使用"卡哇"的临床表现、住院期间戒断过程表现、治疗用药过程、住院恢复情况。结果:"卡哇"滥用者戒断时出现类似苯二氮[艹卓]类药物的戒断反应,包括焦虑、失眠、坐立不安、心慌等,另外也出现精神症状,有类似视幻觉、妄想等症状,以抗焦虑药物、配合小剂量精神病药物联合治疗后症状缓解。结论:"卡哇"饮料滥用患者戒断时以抗焦虑为主、配合小剂量精神病药物联合,结合住院心理治疗,能取得较好的疗效。 Objective:investigate the clinical and withdrawal symptoms as well as the drug treatment effect for patients with "Kawa" drinks abuse.Methods:collection of medical histories of seven "Kawa" drink abusers.Analysing the abusers’ clinical and withdrawal symptoms as well as treatment during their hospitalisation.Results:"Kawa" drink abusers have displayed similar withdrawal symptoms to that of benzodiazepines such as anxiety,insomnia,restlessness,palpitations as well as other psychiatric symptoms,such as hallucination and delusions.These symptoms are alleviated with a combination of anti-anxiety and a small dosage of antipsychotic drugs.Conclusion:Anti-anxiety drugs combined with small dosages of antipsychotic drugs and inpatient psychotherapy have proved to be a considerably effective treatment plan for "Kawa" drinkabusers.
