应用型人才培养模式改革与实践,正在各个高校紧锣密鼓地进行中,培养模式改革的重点是教学改革,教学改革首先要进行课程改革,课程必须遵循有效教学规律。教学规律是反映教学理论的核心部分,它在指导教学工作各方面将起着决定性的作用,所以,有必要把这核心的理论部分探究和创新出来。音乐课程的有效教学规律是研究音乐课程有效教学现象和揭示有效教学规律的一门分支学科。传统的音乐教学模式达不到有效教学,只有有效的遵循教学教学规律,实现音乐课程标准与教学规律相吻合,才能达到有效教学。

The reform and practice of application-oriented personnel cultivating mode is being carried out in many universities and colleges.The focus of the cultivating mode reform is the teaching reform.The first step of teaching reform is to carry out the curriculum reform,which must follow effective teaching laws.Teaching laws reflect the core part of teaching theories,which will play a decisive role in guiding teaching work in all aspects.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and innovate this core theoretical part.The effective teaching laws of music course is a branch subject that studies the phenomenon of effective teaching of music course and reveals effective teaching laws.Traditional music teaching mode is not effective,so it must be reformed to realize effective teaching by following teaching laws.And the music curriculum standard should be consistent with teaching laws,so that we can achieve effective teaching.
