摘要
随着全球废物量的持续增长,废物管理成为影响人类可持续发展的主要环境问题之一,健全废物管理体系已成为国际社会的普遍共识。巴塞尔公约有望成为推动实现联合国2030年可持续发展目标的重要法制化国际平台。中国作为巴塞尔公约缔约方之一,健全废物管理体系将是我国下一阶段履约的重要内容,“无废城市”建设可作为有力的抓手。
With the continuous growth of global waste,waste management has become one of the main environmental problems affecting the sustainable development of mankind.Sound waste management has become the general consensus of the international community.Basel Convention is expected to become an important legal international platform to promote the realization of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in 2030.China is a party to the Basel Convention,and sound waste management will be an important part of China's implementation of the Basel Convention in the next stage,and the construction of“Zero-waste City”is the key.
