危险废物环境管理问题与建议案例研究

Current problems and countermeasures on environmental management of hazardous wastes taking Wuxi as an example

本文以无锡市为例,统计分析了目前危险废物的产生及处置利用情况,详细比较了目前主要的危险废物处置利用方式,在重点分析危险废物环境管理存在问题基础上,提出完善网上申报系统、加大人员培训力度、倡导源头减量化、加强危险废物处理能力建设、增加集中收集点和强化危险废物监督管理的建议,以期为危险废物处置和管理工作提供参考。

Taking Wuxi as an example,the current situation of generation,disposal and utilization of hazardous wastes were analyzed and compared.Then,the paper compared the main ways of disposal and utilization of hazardous wastes,including comprehensive utilization,physicochemical and biological treatment,heat treatment,solidification treatment and landfill.Finally,based on analyzing the problems existing in the current situation of environmental management of hazardous wastes,some countermeasures were presented in order to provide a reference for the further management and disposal of hazardous wastes,including improving the online application system,increasing personnel training,advocating the reduction of sources,strengthening the capacity-building of hazardous wastes.
