摘要
为分析官厅水库上游农业面源污染特征及其与农业经济发展关系,本文收集其上游流域各县区自2005年至2018年统计数据,对其进行时空分异研究。结合官厅水库上游国家重点断面2011至2017年公布的水质数据与统计数据,通过塔皮奥(Tapio)的弹性脱钩指数模型,进行面源污染与农业经济发展关系的研究。结果表明,研究区内各县区的化肥投入总量持续增长,接近官厅水库核心区的涿鹿县与怀来县,为农业面源污染贡献量最大的地区;农业面源污染与经济脱钩状态,呈现明显M型波动态势,且存在明显的周期性反弹,农业面源污染防治政策实施的有效性与持续性是控制面源污染的重点。
To analyze the characteristics of agricultural non-point source pollution Guanting Reservoir upstream area and the relationship between economic and agriculture,this paper collected upstream area's statistical data since 2005 to 2018 to explore the temporal and spatial rules.On the other hand,using the Tapio elastic decoupling index model,we study the relationship between non-point source pollution and agricultural economic development by combining with water quality data from the national key section of the Guanting Reservoir and statistical data from 2011 to 2017.The results show that the total amount of fertilizer input in the study area continues to increase.Especially the Zhuolu County and Huailai County,which are core areas of the Reservoir,contribute mostly agricultural non-point source pollution.The decoupled state from agricultural non-point source pollution and economy rendered an obvious M-fluctuation trend,and an obvious periodic rebound characteristic.The focus of controlling non-point source pollution is to implement related policies effectively and continually.
