摘要
为推进安徽省绿色发展,准确评估绿色发展工作取得的成效,需要考虑安徽省不同类型主体功能区的绿色发展方式,构建具有差异化的绿色绩效评价指标体系。同时,对于所属各市而言,需要了解其在绿色发展方面的短板,以便有针对性地确定下一阶段的绿色发展方案。构建安徽省绿色发展的差异化评价指标体系,是为了对绿色发展绩效进行科学判定和评价,也将更好地引导和推进绿色发展工作。
To promote the green development of Anhui Province and accurately evaluate the achievements of green development work,we need to consider the different green development mode of the different main-function zones in Anhui Province,and construct a green index system which has a differentiated performance assessment.At the same time,for each city,it is necessary to understand its deficiency in green development,in order to have a targeted approach to determine the green development program in the following step.This differentiated index system for green development in Anhui Province,in order to scientifically judge and evaluate the green development performance,will better guide and promote the green development work.
