摘要
针对传统侦检管检测有毒有害气体(简称:毒气)必须现场操作的缺点,本研究设计了一种将侦检管和自动化技术相结合的有毒有害气体检测系统。该系统可对已知有毒有害气体进行远程快速侦检,自动完成侦检管的检测和颜色识别过程,实现计算机终端与有毒有害气体确证装置之间的通信。系统测试结果表明,该系统具备远程可控、自动选管、切管和采样、颜色智能识别功能,有效颜色识别率为90%。该系统能在无人值守条件下或高危险情况下完成毒气侦察,提高检测和结果上传效率,减少人为判别误差,保障检测人员的人身安全。
Aiming at the shortcomings of detect tube must be operated on site,a new hazardous gas detection system(HGDs)is designed,which applies automation technology to detect tube.The HGDs can quickly detect hazardous gas in a long distance,automatically complete the detection and color discrimination,and realize the communication between computer terminals and hazardous gas confirmation devices.The test results show that the HGDs system has the function of remote control,automatic detection and intelligent color recognition,and its effective color recognition rate is 90%.The system can complete gas detection in unattended or high-risk situation,improve the efficiency of detection and data upload,reduce human error and protect the safety of people.
