Determination of nitrochlorobenzene in surface water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了分散液液微萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定地表水中邻硝基氯苯、间硝基氯苯和对硝基氯苯的方法,并对萃取剂种类及用量、分散剂种类及用量进行优化。实验结果表明,3种硝基氯苯化合物在3.00~50.0μg/L范围内具有较好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于3%(n=7),硝基氯苯化合物加标回收率在90.8%~105.0%间。该方法操作简单,有机试剂用量较少,定性及定量测定准确可靠,检出限低,适用于地表水中硝基氯苯化合物残留的监测。 A method for determination of o-nitrochlorobenzene,m-nitrochlorobenzene and p-nitrochlorobenzene in surface water by dispersed liquid-liquid microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The test results showed that the three nitrochlorobenzene compounds had good linear relationship within the range of 3.00-50.0μg/L,the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999,the relative standard deviations of the determination results were all less than 3%(n=7),and the recoveries of nitrochlorobenzene compounds were between 90.8% and 105.0%.The method has advantages of simple operate,less organic reagent consumption,accurate and reliable qualitative and quantitative determination,and low detection limit.
