超低排放现场SO2在线监测的问题及系统优化

摘要 目前,我国越来越多的燃煤、燃气电厂执行超低排除标准,有的电厂污染物排放甚至低于排放标准,因此低浓度SO2监测的问题日益凸显。高湿度引起的SO2溶解损失,烟气中高浓度CH 4引起的干扰等都会影响SO2的监测结果,影响CEMS的数据质量。本文主要总结了超低排放现场SO2监测面临的主要问题,并提出了优化解决方案。经实验室和现场验证磷酸添加降低SO2溶解损失和辅助传感器消除CH4干扰的方法可有效提高SO2的检测精度,保证测试数据准确可靠。 Now the problem of low concentration SO2 monitoring in coal-fired and gas-fired power plants has become increasingly prominent.The SO2 dissolution loss caused by high humidity and CH4 interference and some other problems will affect the monitoring results of SO2 and the data quality of CEMS.The main problems of SO2 monitoring in ultra-low emission sites are discussed and two ways to optimize the CEMS are proposed.It has been verified in laboratory and field that the method of reducing SO2 dissolution loss by adding phosphoric acid and eliminating CH4 interference by auxiliary sensor can effectively improve the detection accuracy of SO2 and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test data.
