摘要
以松下焊接机器人焊接组合件为例,对试件结构特点进行分析,围绕松下焊接机器人在小型组合件中遇到的咬边、脱节、未熔合、焊角尺寸偏差大及焊瘤等焊接缺陷,制定了焊接工艺参数、焊接顺序、编程方法及操作技能等措施。通过措施的制定和实施,保证了焊后对外观质量以及内部质量检测综合评分结果都能在85分以上。
Welding is the main processing method in manufacturing industry.The development of industrial manufacturing is advancing from manual welding to intelligent automation in an orderly way.In order to develop a modernized and high-quality staff,the enterprise encourages the staff to actively participate in the skill competition.In this paper,taking the welding assembly of Panasonic welding robot as an example,the structural characteristics of the specimen is analyzed.Based on the welding defects encountered by Panasonic welding robot in small components,such as edge bite,disconnection,lack of fusion,large size deviation of welding angle and overlap,the measures are formulated,including welding parameters,welding sequence,programming method and operation skill.By formulating and implementing the measures,it is guaranteed that the overall score results of appearance quality and internal quality inspection after welding can be above 85 points.
