新冠肺炎疫情期间医务人员防护服穿着的一体化干预 被引量:7

摘要 目的针对新型冠状肺炎疫情防控期间医务人员穿医用防护服时不舒适、自身大量出汗等现象,探讨提高医务人员穿防护服舒适度,巩固医务人员身心健康,提高工作效率的研究。方法以疫情期间穿医用防护服医务人员为研究对象,随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例);对照组给予常规方法穿医用防护服,观察组在对照组基础上另给予涂抹止汗剂、内穿吸汗服、防护服内层工作服口袋内放置食用级干燥剂一体化干预模式;对比两组医务人员穿防护服舒适度及出汗程度。结果观察组医务人员舒适度明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组医务人员出汗状态低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间通过一体化干预模式能够提高医务人员穿防护服舒适度,减少大汗淋漓发生率,减轻工作负担,确保防疫工作有效开展。 Objective To explore the effective measures of improving the comfort level of medical personnel wearing protective clothing so as to consolidate the physical and mental health of medical personnel,and improve their work efficiency in view of the uncomfortable wearing of medical protective clothing and heavy sweating among medical personnel during the fight against the novel coronavirus pneumonia.Methods Medical personnel wearing medical protective clothing were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group was given conventional protective clothing and the observation group was additionally given the integrated intervention by smearing antiperspirant,wearing sweat-absorbent clothing inside,and putting desiccant in the inner pocket.The comfort level and sweating of medical staff wearing protective clothing were compared between the two groups.Results The comfort level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sweating status in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated interventions improve the comfort level of wearing protective clothing,reduce the incidence of sweating and relieve the workload and ensure the effective implementation of epidemic prevention and medication in the fight against the novel coronovirus.
