北京三甲医院青年中医人才科研课题现状调查

Investigation on the Current Situation of Scientific Research Projects of Young TCM Talents in Class A Tertiary Hospitals in Beijing

目的了解北京三甲医院青年中医人才主持参与课题情况、期望开展的中医研究方向以及科研课题申报执行困难因素,据此提出思考与建议。方法采用横断面研究方法,于2019年2—3月对北京市13家大型综合三甲医院的中医相关学科人员进行问卷调查,了解青年中医人才科研课题现状及相关态度数据,对数据进行描述性统计分析。结果青年中医人才一般情况对主持或参与课题的经历均有差异且具有显著统计学意义,有明确的课题申报执行困难及期望开展的中医研究方向。结论通过科研管理手段提高青年中医人才科研动力与兴趣,参考青年中医人才科研主要困难,加大相应科研学术活动内容,促进科技创新能力持续健康发展。

Objective To explore the situation of young TCM talents in class A tertiary hospitals of Beijing participating in the project,the expected direction of TCM research and the difficulties in the application and implementation of scientific research projects,and to put forward suggestions.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted in 13 large-scale tertiary hospitals in Beijing from February to March in 2019 to study the status quo of scientific research topics and related attitude of young TCM talents,and to conduct descriptive statistical analysis on the data.Results The young TCM practitioners had significant differences in the experience of hosting or participating in the project,and had clear difficulties in the application and implementation of the project and the expected direction of TCM research.Conclusion The scientific research motivation and interest of young TCM practitioners can be improved through scientific research management methods.Based on the main difficulties of young TCM practitioners in the research,more relevant scientific research activities should be held to promote the sustainable and healthy development of scientific and technological innovation.
