立足公立医院党建工作开展中存在的难点,上海市第十人民医院借助互联网技术,应用手机APP、门户网站等交互平台,转变传统的工作模式,搭建云上党建管理平台。并以云上党建管理平台为载体,多维度融合党建数据,生成党员大数据画像,旨在探索建立健全公立医院党建生态管理体系。

Based on the difficulties in the development of party building work in public hospitals, Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital built a cloud party building management platform with the help of internet technology, mobile apps, portals and other interactive platforms to transform the traditional work models. Based on the cloud party building management platform, it can multi-dimensionally integrate the party building data, and generate big data portraits of party members, which aims to explore the establishment of an ecological management system for party building in public hospitals.
