摘要
军队文职人员是军队的重要组成部分,特别是在军队医院这种技术人才密集的单位,文职人员将会是未来的主力军,对军队医院的发展起到很重要的作用。文章从社会招聘文职人员的军事素质、岗位履职、专业学习、服务意识及职业发展五个能力方面着手,分析现今军队医院文职人员面临的问题,通过查找文献、问卷调查、个案分析等方法,剖析问题成因,为军队医院加强文职人员队伍建设提供有效解决对策。
Military civilian personnel are an important part of the army,especially in the military hospital,which is a unit with intensive technical personnel.Civilian personnel will be the main force in the future and play a very important role in the development of military hospitals.This article analyzed the problems facing the civilian staff in military hospitals from five aspects:military quality,post performance,professional learning,service consciousness and career development.The causes of the above problems were analyzed through literature,questionnaire investigation,case analysis and other methods,and effective solutions to strengthen the construction of civilian personnel team in military hospitals were also provided.
