眼科手术室护士继续教育中的CDIO带教模式

Application of CDIO Education Model in Continuing Education of Junior Nurses in Ophthalmic Operating Room

目的探讨构思-设计-实现-运作(CDIO)带教模式在眼科手术室低年资护士继续教育中的应用效果。方法选取2014年5月—2019年5月眼科手术室低年资护士52名作为观察对象,依照数字表法分成对照组(26名)和研究组(26名),根据低年资护士继续教育要求,对照组予以传统的带教模式进行培训,研究组予以CDIO带教模式进行培训,采用两独立样本t检验比较两组理论知识及实践考核成绩、护士核心能力、医生及患者满意度。结果研究组低年资护士理论知识考试成绩、操作及专科技能考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组低年资护士核心能力量表各条目评分及总得分均高于对照组(P<0.01),研究组医生、患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 CDIO带教模式有助于提高眼科低年资护士的学习成效,促进护士核心能力的发展,是一种行之有效的培训方法。

Objective To explore concept-design-implementation-operation(CDIO) education model in continuing education of junior nurses in ophthalmic operating room and to explore its effect. Methods 52 junior nurses in ophthalmic operating room from May 2014 to May 2019 were selected as observation objects. They were divided into control group(26) and research group(26) with the digital table method. According to the requirements of continuing education for junior nurses, the control group was trained by traditional teaching mode, and the research group was trained by CDIO education mode. Two independent t-test samples were used to compare the scores of theory and practice assessment, core competence of nurses, satisfaction of doctors and patients between the two groups. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge test, operation test and specialty skill test of junior nurses in the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of items and total scores of the core competence scale of junior nurses in the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01). The satisfaction of doctors and patients in the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion CDIO education mode is an effective training method, which helps to improve the learning effect and promote the development of nurses’ core competence.
