“微时代”医院网络思想政治教育

Application of Micro-Era Network in Ideological and Political Education of the Hospital

随着互联网的迅猛发展,微博、微信、抖音、快手等网络新媒体逐渐兴起和流行,给医院员工的思想和行为带来较大的影响。文章通过引入SWOT分析方法,对"微时代"网络应用于医院思想政治教育的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等进行系统分析,提出有效策略。

With the rapid development of the Internet,Weibo,WeChat,Tiktok,Kwai and other new network media gradually rise and become popular,which has brought great influence to the thinking and behavior of hospital staff.By introducing the SWOT analysis method,this paper systematically analyzed the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the application of“micro-era”network in hospital ideological and political education,and put forward effective strategies.
