中医综合疗法对肾虚血瘀型冻融胚胎移植患者的干预作用

Effects of Comprehensive TCM Therapies on Frozen-thawed Embryo Transfer Patients of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的:探讨中医综合疗法对肾虚血瘀型人工周期冻融胚胎移植患者的作用效果。方法:将符合条件的患者分为中医综合治疗组及对照组。两者均采取人工周期冻融胚胎移植方案,中医综合治疗组在移植周期第3天开始进行中药口服+耳穴埋豆+温灸,观察治疗后两组之间的妊娠结局、子宫内膜厚度、类型及子宫内膜螺旋动脉搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)。结果:中医组的生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率明显高于对照组,早期胚胎流产率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医综合治疗组患者的子宫内膜厚于对照组,A型内膜比率明显高于对照组,C型内膜比率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.03)。中医组的子宫内膜螺旋动脉搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法可改善子宫内膜容受性,提高妊娠率,减少早期流产。

Objective:To investigate the effects of comprehensive TCM therapies on frozen-thawed embryo transfer patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis Syndrome.Methods:100 eligible patients were divided into TCM comprehensive treatment group and control group.Both of them adopted the frozen-thawed embryo transfer in artificial cycle.In the TCM comprehensive treatment group,oral Chinese Medicine,auricular point pressing and moxibustion were started on the third day of the transplantation cycle.The pregnancy outcome,endometrial thickness,endometrial pattern and endometrial spiral artery pulse index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results:The biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the TCM group were higher than those in the control group,and the early embryo abortion rate was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The endometrium of the TCM comprehensive treatment group was thicker than that of the control group,the ratio of type A endometrium was higher than that of the control group,and the ratio of type C endometrium was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.03).The endometrial spiral artery pulse index(PI)and resistance index(RI)in the TCM group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM comprehensive therapy can improve endometrial receptivity,improve l pregnancy rate and reduce early abortion.
