参芪补肾汤对慢性肾功能不全患者肾功能和微炎症状态的影响

Effects of Shenqi Bushen Decoction(参芪补肾汤)on Renal Function and Micro-inflammation in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的:观察参芪补肾汤对慢性肾功能不全患者肾功能改善作用和微炎症状态的影响。方法:自2013年1月—2017年1月,收集本院肾病科慢性肾功能不全患者80例,随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。两组均给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予参芪补肾汤治疗。以治疗前和治疗8周为疗效评价时点,采用统一疾病和疗效的判定标准,客观评价参芪补肾汤对两组患者的肾功能和微炎指标的疗效。结果:经过治疗后,两组患者的肾功能和微炎指标皆得到改善,观察组患者的肾功能指标(BUN、Scr和e GFR)改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的微炎指标(CRP和IL-6)的改善显著于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪补肾汤可以明显改善慢性肾功能不全患者的肾功能和微炎症状态。

Objective:To study the effects of Shenqi Bushen Decoction on renal function and micro-inflammation in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:From January 2013 to January 2017,80 patients with chronic renal chronic renal failure were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The patients in the both group were treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with Shenqi Bushen Decoction as well.Before the treatment and after treatment for 8 weeks,the evaluation criteria of the unified disease and curative effect were used to objectively evaluate the curative effect of Shenqi Bushen Decoction on the renal function and micro-inflammation indicators of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the renal function and micro-inflammation indexes of the two groups were improved,the improvement of BUN,SCr and e GFR were more significant when compared with the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of micro-inflammation indexes(CRP and IL-6)in the observation group were significantly lowered when compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Bushen Decoction can significantly improve the renal function and micro-inflammation indexes of patients with chronic renal failure.
