摘要
为实现交流接触器触头闭合无弹跳和开断无电弧的目标,交流接触器结构参数选择是否合理是重要的影响因素之一。根据直动式电磁铁机构的特点,研究了其主要参数的初步设计方法,详细推导了接触器结构中的各个参数表达式。结合控制目标,从宏观最优角度考虑,采用基于人工鱼群的全局优化搜索算法,确定了最优结构参数。实验结果表明,在设计和优化后,电磁机构体积明显减小,动态性能依然符合接触器实际运行特性。
In order to realize the contactors of AC contactors close without bounce and open without arc,whether the structural parameters of AC contactors are reasonable is also one of the important determinants.According to the characteristics of the direct acting electromagnet mechanism,the primary design method of its main parameters is studied,and the expression of each parameter in the contactor structure is deduced in detail.Combined with the control objective,from the perspective of macro optimization,the global optimization search algorithm based on artificial fish swarm is adopted to determine the optimal structure parameters.The experimental results show that after the design and optimization,the volume of the electromagnetic mechanism is significantly reduced,and the dynamic performance still conforms to the actual operation characteristics of the contactor.
