摘要
现浇支架的设计与施工是现浇桥梁施工中必须解决的关键问题。文章以仓西特大桥为例,其中4#~9#墩为5m×32m三线现浇预应力混凝土道岔连续梁,因现场地质条件较差,道岔连续梁采用跨中浇筑Φ1.25m混凝土墩柱+贝雷梁支架现浇方案,该方案有效解决了传统满堂支架施工工艺地基处理成本较大,质量难以控制的问题,该工艺可供类似工程参考。
This paper takes the construction of the continuous beam of the turnout of the Cangxi Super Bridge as an example, and combines the characteristics of the beret beam support, introduces the construction technology of the continuous beam of the switch, and from pre-compression, steel bar lashing, bellows installation, concrete pouring and maintenance, intelligent tension And intelligent grouting and other aspects have proposed detailed quality control measures for reference in similar projects.
