海外工程项目实施重难点分析

Study on the Key and Difficult Points in the Implementation of Overseas Engineering Projects

海外工程项目已成为中国工程企业在战略性扩张过程中不可缺少的一部分,但海外项目的属地化特点明显,劳动力资源、材料设备资源短缺等因素大幅度增加了项目实施的难度。文章通过对上海振华重工(集团)有限公司某海外总承包项目的自然条件、法律法规和施工资源等特点进行分析,结合相关重难点,有针对性地提出应对措施,旨在为后续类似海外工程项目的实施提供参考价值。

Nowadays,overseas engineering projects become indispensable part of the strategic expansion of Chinese engineering companies.However,the localization characteristics of overseas projects are obvious,and the shortage of labor resources,materials and equipment resources has greatly increa sed the difficulty of project implementation.This paper analyzes the natural conditions,laws and regulations,and construction resources of overseas general contracting project of Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.,and then combines the relevant key and difficult points,in order to propose tar geted countermeasures.It is showed some useful suggestion for other implementation of overseas engineering projects.
